Yes. Pay annually and one month is on us across Academy and Platform tiers. Advisory engagements are scoped per project; ask about retainers if you are a returning client.
GBP by default. We can invoice in EUR or USD on request at the prevailing rate; tax handled per your jurisdiction.
Yes. Platform is month to month with no notice; you keep access to the current period. Annual plans get a pro-rata refund for unused months. Advisory engagements honour their scoped end date.
Academy Foundations is free forever, no card. Platform offers a 30-day pilot with full features for new facilities, billed only if you continue.
Yes, for Network-tier Platform deployments and any multi-seat Academy Commercial order. Write to us with your procurement process and we will work to it.
Sensor hardware (Platform integrations work with off-the-shelf probes you source), travel for on-site Advisory work (recharged at cost), and any custom development outside the Platform roadmap.
