Academy can be billed annually with one month on us. Platform pilots stay monthly while the product is in beta. Advisory engagements are scoped per project.
GBP by default. We can invoice in EUR or USD on request at the prevailing rate; tax handled per your jurisdiction.
Yes. Platform pilots are month to month with no notice; you keep access to the current period. Academy annual plans get a pro-rata refund for unused months. Advisory engagements honour their scoped end date.
Academy Foundations is free forever, no card. Platform pilots are agreed case by case and billed only after scope, setup, and fit are clear.
Yes, for larger Platform pilots and any multi-seat Academy Commercial order. Write to us with your procurement process and we will work to it.
Sensor hardware (Platform integrations work with off-the-shelf probes you source), travel for on-site Advisory work (recharged at cost), and any custom development outside the Platform roadmap.
